Terms and Conditions for PetSites Last Updated: July 20, 2026 Welcome to PetSites, a digital service owned and operated by Fox Bros Interactive ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). PetSites is offered through the PetSite Factory builder, available both as a web application and as a native mobile app. By checking the "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions" box and creating an account, building a PetSite, or publishing a page to pet-site.xyz, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the builder. 1. Description of Service & The "PetSite Factory" Builder PetSites provides a design interface—the PetSite Factory, available as a web application and as a native mobile app—allowing you to select presets, themes, and layouts to build a personalized, scrollable digital timeline for your pet. Creation & Configuration: Building, editing, and live customization take place securely on our product platform. Deployment: When you publish, your interactive memorial or keepsake page is served at your PetSite's stable public address, https://pet-site.xyz/<handle>/ (for example, https://pet-site.xyz/roxy/). You may unpublish or republish your page at any time from your account. 2. Access and Pricing Invite-Only Beta (Free): During the invite-only beta, approved testers may build and publish PetSites at no charge. Beta access is free and does NOT include lifetime data preservation. Lifetime Unlock ($29.99, One-Time): At public launch, permanent hosting for a specific pet's page is available for a one-time flat fee of $29.99. This is the only paid tier. There is no free trial and no recurring subscription. 3. Data Preservation & The "Lifetime" Policy "Lifetime" or "permanent" hosting applies ONLY to a pet's page for which a $29.99 Lifetime Unlock has been purchased and verified on our servers. Pages without a verified Lifetime Unlock are not covered by any preservation commitment and may be removed. Preservation status is determined solely by our server-side records of a verified purchase and is never set from your device. Operational Scope: "Lifetime" or "Forever" hosting is defined as the operational lifespan of Fox Bros Interactive and our active ownership and registry of the pet-site.xyz domain name. 4. Content Ownership & Acceptable Use Your Content: You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and control of all text, photos, and videos you upload into the PetSite Factory. Hosting License: You grant Fox Bros Interactive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, display, and render your uploaded media strictly for the purpose of serving your public page at https://pet-site.xyz/<handle>/. Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any material that is illegal, defamatory, deliberately offensive, or that violates the intellectual property or copyrights of others. We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content or take down a page immediately without a refund if this rule is violated. 5. Limitation of Liability Fox Bros Interactive shall not be liable for any data loss, temporary server downtime, domain registry disputes, or accidental media corruption occurring on pet-site.xyz or within the builder. Users are strongly encouraged to retain copies of their original raw photos and videos locally. 6. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fox Bros Interactive is registered and operates. By checking the acceptance box and creating an account, building a PetSite, or publishing a page on pet-site.xyz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms.
