Terms and Conditions for PetSites Last Updated: July 8, 2026 Welcome to PetSites, a digital service owned and operated by Fox Bros Interactive (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By clicking "Start" within our browser-hosted interactive builder (“PetSite Factory”), initializing a project on pet-site.xyz, or deploying a custom page to the domain, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not click "Start" or use the builder. 1. Description of Service & The "PetSite Factory" Builder PetSites provides users with a browser-based design interface—the PetSite Factory—allowing you to select presets, themes, and layouts to build a personalized, scrollable digital timeline for your pet. Creation & Configuration: All building, editing, and live customization take place directly and securely on our product platform at pet-site.xyz. Deployment: Upon publishing, your interactive memorial or keepsake page is automatically deployed to a dedicated directory on our product domain at pet-site.xyz/[petname] (e.g., pet-site.xyz/roxy). 2. Trial Period, Billing, and Account Tiers To ensure you love your custom page, we offer a flexible, low-friction transition from a free trial to permanent hosting: 7-Day Free Trial: Your PetSite is fully active and public at its custom pet-site.xyz/[petname] URL for seven (7) days completely free of charge. You may customize, share, and test the page during this window. The Monthly Subscription Tier ($2.99/Month): Unless canceled before the end of the 7-day trial, your account will automatically transition to a recurring monthly subscription of $2.99/month to keep your PetSite active, editable, and online. The Lifetime Unlock Tier ($29.99 One-Time): At any point during your trial or active subscription, you may opt to pay a one-time flat fee of $29.99. This removes all future recurring subscription charges and guarantees permanent hosting for that specific pet’s page. 3. Cancellation and "The Freeze Clause" How to Cancel: You can cancel your monthly subscription or trial at any time through your Fox Bros Interactive customer dashboard. Effects of Cancellation: If you cancel your $2.99/mo subscription, your published page at pet-site.xyz/[petname] will transition to a Static, View-Only state at the end of your current billing cycle. Your unique URL and core timeline text will remain live on the internet. Editing privileges, theme-switching inside the PetSite Factory, and certain media limits will be frozen. Note: Canceling during the initial 7-day free trial without upgrading will result in the page being un-deployed and archived after 30 days unless a tier is selected. 4. Data Preservation & The "Lifetime" Policy We treat your pet’s digital legacy with the highest level of respect. However, a digital "lifetime" requires practical technical definitions: Operational Scope: "Lifetime" or "Forever" hosting is defined as the operational lifespan of Fox Bros Interactive and our active ownership and registry of the pet-site.xyz domain name. The Legacy Safety Net: If Fox Bros Interactive ever elects to discontinue the PetSites product line or cease business operations, all active subscribers and Lifetime tier owners will be given a minimum of 90 days advance notice via email. During this period, we will provide you with a downloadable digital zip archive containing your full media files and standalone flat HTML code so you can preserve or host your pet's layout independently. 5. Content Ownership & Acceptable Use Your Content: You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and control of all text, photos, and videos you upload into the PetSite Factory. Hosting License: You grant Fox Bros Interactive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, display, and render your uploaded media strictly for the purpose of serving your public page at pet-site.xyz/[petname]. Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any material that is illegal, defamatory, deliberately offensive, or violates the intellectual property or copyrights of others. We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content or take down a sub-page immediately without a refund if this rule is violated. 6. Limitation of Liability While Fox Bros Interactive utilizes secure server infrastructure and runs regular cloud backups to protect user data, unforeseen digital events can occur. Fox Bros Interactive shall not be liable for any data loss, temporary server downtime, domain registry disputes, or accidental media corruption occurring on pet-site.xyz or within the builder. Users are strongly encouraged to retain copies of their original raw photos and videos locally. 7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fox Bros Interactive is registered and operates. By clicking "Start" to launch the builder, configuring a timeline on pet-site.xyz, or initializing your 7-day trial inside the PetSite Factory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms.
